Job Summary

This position is responsible for leading activities associated with administration and management of pharmacy programs including but not limited to assisting in the development, implementation, maintenance and promotion of a disease state formulary system; utilization management programs; specialty pharmacy management; medication therapy management, client relationships and support; and development of innovative clinical programs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Registered Pharmacist in the States of operation (NM, IL, TX, MT).
  • 3 years of management and/or leadership experience (with Direct Reports).
  • 5 years of experience in Pharmacy practice.
  • Experience using window-based word processing, spreadsheet and relational database software.
  • Drug information skills.
  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of practice guidelines or practice parameters; pharmacoeconomics; quality improvement processes and techniques.
  • Knowledge of medication uses evaluation principles.
  • Ability to remain at a workstation and perform computer entry for long periods of time, as required.
  • Leadership skills (with Direct Reports) and ability to handle multiple priorities and manage communications professionally to achieve issue resolution with customers, employees, or management.


PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Additional certifications and residency experience.
  • Managed care and/or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience.
  • MTM experience, specialty pharmacy, or government programs knowledge.

This role is a Flex/Hybrid schedule requiring working 3 days either in the Richardson, TX; Albuquerque, NM; Chicago, IL or Helena, MT Headquarters offices and up to 2 days working from home. Core Business hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST Monday - Friday.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range
$102,000.00 - $184,300.00
