Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Manager to support performance reporting and insights across Digital Operations, Rights Management, and Content Integrity. This role will be responsible for executing a consistent KPI and SLA reporting framework, delivering clear and actionable insights, and supporting both structured reporting and ongoing analytical needs across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with operational judgment, and is comfortable balancing recurring reporting, dashboard development, and ad hoc analysis to support business decision-making.
What You'll Do:

  • Office- first role, in office 4 days a week.
  • Lead the execution of performance reporting across Digital Operations, Rights Management, and Content Integrity, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability
  • Develop and manage standardized KPI and SLA reporting, providing consistent visibility into operational performance and client support metrics
  • Manage recurring performance reporting and review cadence (weekly/monthly reviews), enabling cross-team visibility, alignment, and accountability
  • Aggregate and analyze data across teams to create a unified view of operational health, identifying key trends, risks, and anomalies
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders, highlighting key drivers and areas requiring attention
  • Partner with team leads to contextualize performance trends and support follow-up tracking on key issues
  • Deliver both standardized and ad hoc reporting, balancing structured performance reporting with responsive analytical support to meet evolving business needs
  • Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations (e.g. Looker, Sigma) to enable effective self-service where appropriate
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability through ongoing validation and quality checks
  • Maintain documentation of KPIs, definitions, and reporting processes to reinforce standardization across teams


Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance analytics, business operations, or data-driven operational roles
  • Strong understanding of KPI development, SLA tracking, and performance reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Sigma); strong SQL proficiency required for data extraction and analysis
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings in a clear and structured way
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
  • Experience working cross-functionally and supporting multiple stakeholder groups
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, proactive manner within a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of music metadata, digital distribution, or DSP ecosystems is preferred
  • Proficiency in Google, Apple, and Microsoft applications

Bonus Points
  • Experience supporting operational reporting in a centralized or multi-team environment
  • Experience working with a record label, distributor, and/or digital service content management systems (e.g. iTunes Connect, YouTube CMS, Spotify for Music Providers)
  • Background in establishing reporting cadences or operating rhythms within global teams
  • Fluency in a second language

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

$85,000-$90,000 USD
