Manager, Performance Analytics & AI Development - JLL

Location: Remote (Vacaville, CA)

What this job involves: JLL seeks a dynamic Manager, Performance Analytics & AI Development to drive performance excellence through data-driven insights and innovative technology solutions. This business critical role combines strategic KPI management, business intelligence expertise, and artificial intelligence tool development to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between data analysis, performance measurement, and emerging AI capabilities to deliver measurable business value, while focusing on the general reliability of the overall organization.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Design and implement comprehensive KPI frameworks aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities
  • Establish performance measurement standards across departments and service lines to ensure consistency and accountability
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with business leaders to set performance targets, track progress, and develop action plans to address underperformance
  • Create executive-level performance dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights
  • Conduct regular performance review sessions with stakeholders, translating data findings into strategic recommendations
  • Develop methodologies for benchmarking performance against industry standards and competitors
  • Build and maintain robust BI infrastructure, including data warehouses, ETL processes, and reporting platforms
  • Facilitate the design and development of interactive dashboards, visualizations, and self-service analytics tools that enable data-driven decision-making
  • Perform complex data analysis to uncover patterns, correlations, and insights that drive business strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all BI platforms and reporting processes
  • Optimize existing BI tools and workflows to improve efficiency, usability, and adoption rates

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Reliability or operations management, performance management, business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, techniques, or development projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tools
  • Experience in commercial real estate, property management, or professional services industry
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar for data analysis and AI development
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and AI platforms
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling best practices
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services
  • Experience with API integration, automation tools, and workflow orchestration
  • Project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on deadline
  • Strategic thinking combined with attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Estimated compensation for this position:

140,000.00 - 165,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
