The Opportunity:

The People & Culture Business Partner (P&CBP) partners closely with business and functional leaders to drive talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change management.

This role plays a critical role in shaping a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with business priorities and local needs.

What Your Impact Will Be:
  • Translate business strategy into people initiatives that support growth, capability building, and operational excellence.
  • Support leadership development and coach leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams.
  • Facilitate learning and team building experiences that strengthen leadership capability and team effectiveness.
  • Champion employee experience, engagement, and well-being, aligned with both enterprise and local needs.
  • Lead and support change management initiatives related to organizational transformation, growth, or restructuring.
  • Partner on talent management processes including development planning, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Partner with leaders to assess organizational capability and design structures, roles, and workflows that enable effectiveness and agility.

This role is an in-office role Monday-Thursday, and work from home on Fridays. Combining purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility, our focus is to optimize performance and drive connection for moments that matter.

The pay range for this position is between $112,800 and $141,000 annual. The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.
