The ideal candidate combines technical excellence with a customer-first mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex payroll data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
If you're passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences, strengthening controls and compliance, and shaping the future of payroll operations through innovation, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of payroll experience, including complex U.S. and Canadian payroll environments.
What Sets You Apart
- A collaborative mindset and proven ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
- Ability to effectively prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a global, evolving organization.
