If you're passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences, strengthening controls and compliance, and shaping the future of payroll operations through innovation, we'd love to hear from you.

Why you'll make an impact:

  • Lead payroll operations for a large, complex U.S. and Canadian workforce.
  • Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leaders and executive stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance, accuracy, and strong payroll controls.
  • Influence and support key business decisions through data-driven insights.

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of payroll experience, including complex U.S. and Canadian payroll environments.

What Sets You Apart

  • A collaborative mindset and proven ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and functions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a global, evolving organization.
