Job Description & SummaryAs a Manager-PAM and Entra, unlock your potential and embrace the chance to drive meaningful outcomes that'll elevate your career. Your role will include, but isn't limited to:
- Project delivery, as required by the scope of specific engagements, which might include the full gamut of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Microsoft Entra knowledge areas, solutions, and products, such as CyberArk Privilege Cloud/Self-Hosted, HashiCorp Vault, Microsoft Entra Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Entra ID Governance, and Entra Permissions Management.
- Engagement management, including project planning, budget management, and resource management.
- Business development activities throughout the entire opportunity lifecycle, including lead generation, opportunity tracking, pre-sales presentations, technical demos, client & engagement risk assessments, bid management, proposal writing, and contract management.
- Practice development, including work on delivery methodology, training, and sales & marketing materials.
- Personal professional development as a Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Microsoft Entra subject-matter specialist, including continuous vendor and industry training (e.g., CyberArk, Microsoft, Delinea, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp), attending conferences, and specific products & solutions self-study.
- Multi-tasking on multiple projects and tasks with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Working with other Cybersecurity & Privacy teams on non-PAM/Entra projects as required.
- Helping new and/or more junior team members to become an integral part of the PAM & Microsoft Entra team, Cybersecurity & Privacy Consulting practice, and PwC family.

- Expertise in one or more of the following PAM and Microsoft Entra standards/technologies: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Entra Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Entra ID Governance, Entra Permissions Management, Conditional Access, CyberArk (Privilege Cloud, Self-Hosted Vault, PSM/PSMP/SIA, Secrets Manager), Delinea, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp Vault, etc.
- Practical knowledge of Windows, Linux and Databases (system administration, scripting, privileged account/session discovery and onboarding, credential rotation, etc.)
- Deep familiarity with Microsoft Entra and the Azure cloud platform (Entra ID, Entra PIM, Entra ID Governance, Entra Permissions Management, Conditional Access), with working knowledge of AWS and GCP identity/privileged access constructs
- Hands-on scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Python, Microsoft Graph API) for identity and privileged access workflows
- Knowledge of security-by-design and privacy-by-design concepts, including Zero Trust and least-privilege architecture principles
- Business development - structured formal opportunity pursuit framework, CRM management of accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities, responding to RFx, writing SOWs
- Vendor/partner management - managing NDAs, joint business relationships, engaging independent contractors and delivery/implementation partners
- Overall PMLC and SDLC, including Secure SDLC, Waterfall SDLC, Agile, Scrum, etc.
- Resource forecasting and actuals reconciliation
- PMO and PM CoE processes, program/portfolio management
- Scope/budget/schedule management (with PM tools such as Microsoft Project)
- Relevant certifications are strongly preferred, such as: Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300), Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900), Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100), CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE)/Defender/Sentry/Guardian, Delinea/BeyondTrust product certifications, HashiCorp Certified: Vault Associate, CISSP, CISM
This position ensures continuity and upholds our standards of excellence following the departure of a valued team member.
The salary range for this position is $112,400 - $162,400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
