Manager Outpatient Behavioral Health

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Manager Outpatient Behavioral Health ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

What qualifications you will need:
  • Master's Degree in Social Service field of study or BSN with Psychiatric experience required; Master's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of clinical experience in psychiatric setting required; 1+ years of leadership/supervisory experience required
  • LCSW, LMHC, LPC or Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State which you practice or must hold Compact/Multi-State RN License required
  • BLS required
  • CPI (Nonviolent Crisis intervention) required or within 3 months of hire
