Manager, Online Brand - Origins - Global will lead the strategy, planning & execution of the Origins story across CRM, Web, and Paid. This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, digital marketing, content, and community, ensuring every digital touchpoint reflects Origins' ethos. This individual will partner closely with global teams - specifically Design, Digital Marketing, and Brand - to build a compelling content roadmap for digital brand storytelling. They will work in close partnership with the Social Media team.
This is a hybrid role, based 3 days out of our
Liberty Village, Torontooffice.
PAY RANGEThe anticipated base salary for this position is $90,000 to $105,000.
Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE- Lead execution of Origins' brand strategy across all digital channels
- Translate seasonal campaigns and product launches into cohesive online narratives
- Act as guardian for the brand tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging across owned & paid platforms
- Build out a robust content calendar for CRM, Web, and Paid and work closely with the Digital Marketing team to see through execution, measurement, and refinement
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing & Online teams to maintain a seamless digital brand experience that reflects the creative & narrative spirit of Origins
- Support website strategy, product narratives, and additional digital storytelling capabilities
- Lead collaboration with Digital Design and Brand teams to develop content that is optimized for specific channels and brings the Origins brand to life
- Collaborate with Brand Director and Brand team in building out campaign roadmap and seasonal storytelling
- Drive timely decision-making and milestone delivery through strong relationships with email, social, and tech teams to ensure digital agility.
- Work with tech and brand teams to analyze and optimize performance across all channels
- Serve as the global point of contact for digital brand insights, maintaining a working knowledge of industry best practices
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE- Deep understanding of digital first, DTC-forward brands
- Comfortable operating between creative and analytical thinking
- Experience working with creative design, digital, paid media, and performance marketing teams
- Proven ability to achieve both performance marketing and brand awareness objectives simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on complex data sets. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
