Job Description:
Summary:
This position overseas the daily performance and actions for Navigation in the Ballad Health system. The role is instrumental in developing and implementing changes to support a holistic and coordinated approach to cancer care services through the avenue of Navigation. The position is responsible to ensure all services are available.

• Financial oversight to ensure budget is maintained.

• All other duties assigned. Duties include coordination and collaboration between service lines with a focus on performance improvement efforts and excellence in customer satisfaction. Maintain operational and capital budgets by coordinating efforts with all departments.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Licenses and Certifications:
Current RN license
Oncology experience is preferred with an ONS/ONCC (Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certification) or OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) course or equivalent
