Full Job Description
We are seeking a hands?on Logistics Manager to lead shipping, warehouse, and distribution operations in a fast?paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures safe, efficient, and on?time delivery of finished goods while overseeing a 24/7 logistics team.

Location: Richmond, VA
Salary: $110-$120K DOE

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Experience leading teams in warehouse, shipping, or logistics operations
  • Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality assurance experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and cross?functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritize and resolve issues in a high?pressure environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • Experience with freight management and carrier negotiations
  • Exposure to capital equipment and maintenance coordination
Key Responsibilities
