Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 + Relocation Assistance Available
We are seeking a strong, operations-driven
Healthcare Operations Manager to oversee daily administration and people management on the floor. While you will be managing a multi-disciplinary team-including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and administrative staff-this is fundamentally an
operations and people management role, not a clinical dispensing role. If you excel at driving accountability, streamlining administrative processes, and triaging day-to-day personnel issues, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities - People Management & Accountability: Supervise, mentor, and hold accountable a multi-disciplinary team across different functional roles (pharmacists, technicians, and admin staff). Ensure staff are aligned, performing duties efficiently, and meeting operational standards.
- Floor Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for triaging people issues on the floor, resolving conflicts, and managing day-to-day workplace dynamics.
- HR & Administration: Oversee all administrative duties for pharmacy personnel, including timecards, scheduling, performance management, corrective actions, and meticulous documentation.
- Policy Enforcement: Enforce organizational policies, compliance standards, and procedures consistently, fairly, and professionally.
Position Requirements Required Skills & Experience - Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, with a proven track record of extensive people management.
- Clinical Familiarity: Demonstrated experience in infusion therapy or infusion nursing; experience with GLP-1 infusion or functional medicine infusion is a significant plus.
- Leadership Traits: Strong HR and personnel management skills, with the ability to maintain a strong presence on the floor and enforce accountability.
Preferred Qualifications - Education: BSN or higher nursing degree; a healthcare administration credential or MBA is a major plus.
- Environment: Prior experience working in a pharmacy, clinic, or other highly regulated healthcare environment.
- Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with GLP-1, BHRT, or compounding pharmacy operations.
- Adaptability: Experience managing staff across multiple departments simultaneously, and comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment with evolving processes.

- Stable Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend shifts
- A supportive, innovative, and growth-oriented work culture
