What You'll DoThe Manager of Radiation Oncology provides leadership, operational oversight, and strategic support for Radiation Oncology services across multiple locations. This position is responsible for assisting in the management of daily clinical operations, ensuring exceptional patient care, maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting staff development, and advancing departmental strategic initiatives. As a key member of the Cancer Institute leadership team, the Manager serves as the operational leader dedicated to Radiation Oncology, providing direct oversight of radiation therapy services, supporting radiation oncology nursing operations, and facilitating coordination among physicians, physicists, dosimetrists, therapists, nurses, and support staff.
Requirements- Minimum five years of Radiation Oncology experience and three years of progressive leadership experience.
- Multi-site healthcare leadership experience.
- Licensure and Certification Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (RT(T)) or applicable clinical licensure; current state licensure as required.
Preferred Requirements- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field.
