You will oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), lead the quality team, and partner with Production, Engineering, and Operations to ensure customer requirements and quality standards are consistently met. This position is ideal for a hands-on quality leader with a background in manufacturing, process improvement, and statistical analysis.

This role is ideal for a leader who challenges the status quo, thrives in a growing facility, and sees quality as a strategic advantage-not a checklist.

Responsibilities
• Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001)
• Lead Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities
• Drive continuous improvement, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Analyze manufacturing processes using SPC, Minitab, or QI Macros
• Manage non-conformances, audits, defect tracking, and quality reporting
• Interface with customers and suppliers on quality and reliability issues
• Implement and maintain supplier quality management programs
• Lead, train, and develop the Quality Department team
• Support warranty investigations and root cause analysis
• Travel as required
