Manager of Product Marketing, Performance Division

Job Summary

As the Manager of Product Marketing for Air Lift Company, you will own the product strategy, using Voice of Customer and market analysis to define what we build, why it wins, and how it goes to market. You are responsible for the product roadmap, leading market and customer insight, driving cross-functional development, and defining the launch and commercialization strategy for every new product. This role is for you if you are energized by translating customer needs and market opportunities into products that win in the marketplace.

What you'll do:
  • Own the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on customer needs, market opportunity, and business impact.
  • Lead Voice of Customer and market insight programs, using surveys, interviews, dealer feedback, and field research to inform product decisions.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, whitespace opportunities, and threats to the portfolio.
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate Air Lift in the automotive aftermarket.
  • Drive cross-functional development, aligning engineering, sales, operations, and marketing around the roadmap and launch milestones.
  • Define the launch and commercialization plan for each new product, including channel readiness, pricing inputs, promotion, and sales enablement handoff.
  • Create compelling business cases for new product initiatives, outlining market opportunities, revenue projections, and ROI analysis.
  • Establish and track post-launch performance metrics, adjusting positioning and go-to-market plans based on results.

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years' progressive experience in product marketing or product management, including team or portfolio leadership.
  • Demonstrated success bringing new products to market from concept through commercialization.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, macros, and charts.
  • Experience in the automotive aftermarket, preferred.
  • Able to develop strategies, define action plans, and share results.
  • Must be able to build relationships, negotiate, and influence others to drive change.
