We're seeking a motivated and experienced Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations and inspire a team of Payroll professionals at our Catonsville, Maryland home office. Compensation:
- Commensurate with experience from $ $91,000–$100,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus

How you will make an impact:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Payroll team, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing
- Train, and develop Payroll staff, providing ongoing coaching and performance management
- Oversee all payroll activities, including regular and off-cycle payments, audits, and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and stay current on regulatory changes
- Manage payroll reconciliations, reporting, and analysis, including ad hoc data requests
- Drive process improvements and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and standard operating documentation
- Support payroll systems, including upgrades, testing, and technical enhancements
- Collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
What you will need:
- Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience with Workday (required) and UKG (preferred)
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and HRIS systems
