Manager - Operations & Execution

Location: United States | Remote with travel as required

Position Overview

We are seeking a Manager - Operations & Execution to lead complex, high-priority

operational programs from issue identification through resolution. This role will coordinate

cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders, drive root cause analysis and

corrective actions, and provide leadership with clear visibility into program status, risks,

and outcomes.

The ideal candidate is an experienced program leader who can operate effectively in

ambiguous, fast-paced environments and turn complex problems into structured,

executable plans.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead complex programs, critical situations, remediation efforts, and operational

initiatives from planning through completion.
• Establish workstreams, milestones, owners, risks, dependencies, and execution

plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, contractors, and external partners.
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement

initiatives.
• Serve as a central point of coordination during critical issues and escalations.
• Provide concise executive updates on program status, risks, blockers, and

recommendations.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to improve operational visibility and

accountability.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and leverage

automation/AI.
• Support field deployments, remediation activities, and site-based initiatives as

required.
• Maintain ownership and accountability through final resolution and program

closure.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Operations, Technology, Project

Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program management, operations, engineering, quality,

deployment, or a related technical environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Strong experience with critical issue management, RCA, problem solving, and

corrective actions.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, suppliers, contractors, and multiple

stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.

Preferred Qualifications
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience in data centers, technology infrastructure, cloud, telecommunications,

manufacturing, or other complex technical environments.
• Experience with Power BI, Jira, Confluence, or similar reporting/program

management tools.
• Experience using AI or automation to improve operational workflows.
• Demonstrated success delivering measurable improvements in cost, quality,

efficiency, or customer experience.
