What You'll DoThe Manager of Information Security - IAM oversees the Identity and Access Management team, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused services for Freeman Health System. They manage user identity provisioning and deprovisioning, plan and control team workflow, and ensure project success. This forward-looking leader collaborates on 1-3-year road maps with the Information Security leadership team, promotes compliance and operational efficiency, and serves as an expert in systems analysis and design. The Manager also leads or coordinates security and cross-functional projects.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Business, or related field (4 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree in addition to items below
- Demonstrated success leading and mentoring others in Identity and Access management tools
- Demonstrated success using effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead others directly or indirectly
- Demonstrated success being proactive and innovative
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale projects and delegating tasks appropriately
Prefered Requirements- Seven (7) years of relevant experience working in cyber security, compliance, it governance
- Seven (7) years of system administration
- Two (2) years progressive leadership experience within healthcare IT
