About The RoleThe Manager of Implementation Services leads a team of functional and technical consultants and analysts in executing new client project onboardings. Operating as a player/coach, this role combines team leadership with direct Project Manager responsibilities - overseeing system setup and configuration, data analysis and migration, technical integrations, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate brings excellent leadership, analytical thinking, and a commitment to building scalable, repeatable processes that drive client success.

- Lead, train, and develop Implementation Services team members through weekly 1-on-1s, onboarding support, OKR tracking, and by sitting on projects to offer guidance and escalation support.
- Serve as the primary client point of contact across multiple concurrent implementation projects - conducting welcome calls, creating project plans, managing timelines and budgets, and communicating status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and monitor all phases of client implementations, including system setup and configuration, data analysis and migration, technical integrations, and process development.
- Cultivate a team culture that is inclusive, equitable, and psychologically safe, motivating employees to do their best work while modeling Altvia's social and environmental commitments as a certified B-Corp.
- Monitor internal tracking systems including T&E generation, project date tracking, data deletion, and retrospective scheduling; analyze reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Build scalable process flows, streamline implementation procedures, and provide data-driven recommendations to continuously improve the client onboarding experience
Salary Description
$120,000 annually
