Manager of ED and OBS Case Management
Location: Houston, TX 77030 (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time

The Manager of ED & Observation Case Management is responsible for leading and overseeing case management, utilization review, discharge planning, and care coordination activities for Emergency Department and Observation patients. This role provides leadership to case management staff and collaborates with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and efficient utilization of healthcare resources.

The Manager will drive operational excellence, patient throughput, and quality improvement initiatives while ensuring effective transitions of care.

Must-Haves
Current Texas RN License OR Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
LCSW preferred
Active Case Management Certification (CCM, ACM, etc.)
