Job DescriptionJob Summary:The Digital Operations Manager partners with domestic and international stakeholders to achieve the strategic priorities of the digital stream. This role involves project management and coordination, including business analysis, process design, ongoing project tracking, and issue resolution. The position reports to the stream leader and supports the leadership strategy, driving technical innovation worldwide across the global digital program.
Job Duties: - Takes responsibility for digital program operations including coordination across multiple business units worldwide
- Takes responsibility for program reporting to leadership
- Manages leader and team calendars spanning multiple time zones
- Manages programs and coordinates stakeholder activities to achieve established goals
- Designs and implements programs and projects to support growth and improve operational efficiency
- Identifies and actively manages gaps or issues in projects in collaboration with community leaders
- Facilitates stakeholder meetings related to projects and ensures clear communication and coordination
- Tracks and supports community-specific business development by identifying opportunities for expanding existing solutions and driving new business initiatives
- Ensures timely completion of tasks and alignment with practice quality standards
- Monitors project progress by tracking key activities, resolving issues, publishing progress updates, and recommending corrective actions
- Prepares, gathers, and coordinates project deliverables to ensure consistency and quality while appropriately sharing project documentation
- Develops high-quality materials, guidelines, correspondence, and presentations on behalf of leadership to maintain professional standards
- Documents and distributes meeting outcomes, including notes, action items, and follow-ups, to ensure accountability
- Organizes and facilitates onsite and offsite leadership meetings by managing logistics such as space, team events, catering, and communication
- Oversees execution of the digital program both domestically and internationally
- Capable of traveling up to 25%
- Other duties as required
Supervisory Responsibilities - Acts as mentor to practice and team members, as appropriate
- Fosters a culture that embraces change and accountability
- Provides training on stream operational tools, processes and resources, as appropriate
- Leads resources as assigned by the Director of Partner Operations
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Education: - High School Diploma or GED, required
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
Experience: - Five (5) or more years of experience at a professional services firm, including law firms, accounting or consulting, required
- Five (5) or more years of project management, relationship development, , marketing and/or strategy development related experience, required
- Three (3) or more years of experience identifying and mitigating risks within projects, generating solutions and recommendations, required
- Three (3) or more years of designing, implementing, managing and reporting on operations efficiency and effectiveness, required
- Three (3) or more years' experience with developing and implementing process improvements, preferred
License/Certifications:Software: - Proficient in Microsoft office suite, specifically Copilot, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, required
Language - Bi-lingual skills (any language), preferred
Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and basic research skills related to the retrieval and organization of high volumes of information
- Solid organizational skills, especially the ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details
- Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment
- Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
- Capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and client personnel
- Ability to encourage team environment on engagements and contribute to the professional development of assigned personnel
- Executive presence and ability to act as primary contact on assigned engagements
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $120,000 - $165,000
Maryland Range: $120,000 - $165,000
Illinois Range: $120,000 - $165,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $120,000 - $165,000
