Manager, Clinic Services (Clinician Leader) - CBI Health - Abbotsford, BC

Salary Range: $60,000-$105,000

Employment Status: This is a full-time opportunity for a clinician (Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist/ Kinesiologist) eager to expand their impact through Leadership.

Located in the heart of the Fraser Valley, CBI Health Abbotsford is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic committed to helping clients get back to the activities, work and life they love. Our experienced team brings together Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Occupational Therapists and mental health professionals, creating a collaborative environment where clinicians can learn from one another and provide truly client-centred care.

Our Abbotsford clinic supports a diverse range of rehabilitation needs, including workplace and motor vehicle injuries, concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, musculoskeletal conditions, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, work conditioning and return-to-work programs. The clinic also supports clients living with longstanding or complex injuries, providing clinicians with the opportunity to work with a varied and engaging caseload.

The Manager of Clinic Services, reporting to the Area Director, is responsible for creating a clinic environment that reflects CBI Health's purpose, values, and client promise. This role is instrumental in developing team members and delivering high-quality clinical care, while strengthening partnerships that support client outcomes and clinic growth.

The Manager of Clinic Services leads the clinic in delivering exceptional client care, clinical excellence, and strong business outcomes across services including physical rehabilitation, occupational therapy, and mental health.

Take a look at what you'll do each day:

• Foster and support clinic team engagement with local physicians and funders (WCB, Auto Insurance Adjusters, LTD), while building referral relationships
• Provide input into clinic business decisions, service delivery models, and team development aligned with strategic goals
• Coach, mentor, develop, and performance manage clinical and non-clinical team members
• Support onboarding to build a talent-rich, high-performing team focused on client care excellence
• Provide clinical services and ensure access to care through high-quality service provision
• Set and deliver on clinic goals aligned with strategic priorities
• Monitor client care and outcomes through file reviews and clinical indicators, ensuring compliance with data collection standards
• Lead the administrative team to support efficient scheduling and access to care
• Drive service excellence and ensure consistent clinical service delivery standards
• Create individualized, evidence-based care plans and support clients in achieving sustainable outcomes
• Assess, communicate, and provide hands-on treatment

Here's what you'll need to be successful:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Rehabilitation Science (or equivalent)
• Registration in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
• Experience in a private clinic or rehabilitation setting
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
• Results-oriented, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning
