Full Job Description
Expected pay for this position is $42.64 - $56.50/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position. **Wil manage Occupational Health for all of I-80 region. Travel to clinics is required** **Overview** POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager Occupational Health plans and directs the development and operation of occupational health programs and strategies in the assigned areas or regions. Responsible for the performance of these services through the management of personnel, identification of and response to market conditions, and by ensuring compliance with accrediting and regulatory requirements. Effectively manages the capital, financial and human resources of the department(s), and develops and implements appropriate plans, goals, budgets, and policies to ensure alignment with the Ministry strategy. Plans and directs the delivery of quality patient care and related services. Responsible to implement strategic vision and goals. **Qualifications** **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Education: Associate's degree Experience: Associate's degree AND 4 years leadership experience OR Bachelor's degree AND 2 years leadership experience. Other skills/ knowledge: Workers' Compensation regulations familiarity. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: ** Experience: Occupational HJealth experience Licensure/ Certification: IL Registered Nurse License Other skills/ knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications
