Full Job Description
Coordinates team in delivery of patient care in a compassionate and ethical manner according to recognized standards and care model. Exercises independent judgment with 24-hour accountability for clinical and operational issues for assigned units. Apply today! Hours: Full Time (40 Hours Weekly) Day Shift Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree Nursing • Coursework/Training Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing. • Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire • Certification in Clinical Specialty within 1 year of hire • 3 years Recent management or supervisory experience. Charge nurse or similar experience may count for up to 2 years of the required experience. Preferred Qualifications: • Master's Degree • 2 years Management experience in like sized unit. Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
