Job DescriptionManager Nursing - Medical Telemetry at Providence Medford Medical Center is 1.0 FTE full time position working during weekdays and weekends on a day shift.This leadership role oversees a 28-bed inpatient medical telemetry unit that cares for a diverse population of patients, including those requiring respiratory support, dialysis, and complex medical care, with occasional medical-surgical overflow. The Nurse Manager leads approximately 75 caregivers and works in partnership with an Assistant Nurse Manager to support clinical excellence, caregiver engagement, and operational performance. With more than 8,000 patient days annually, this high-volume unit offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 5 years of nursing experience with progressive leadership roles
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in a related field
- Coursework/Training: Formal coursework in Management, Finance, and other administrative subjects
- Upon hire: National Certification from a recognized professional organization in a relevant field of clinical expertise
- Management experience
