Manager Nurse- Med Surg-Gastrointestinal(GI): • Demonstrates proficiency in all Quality leadership skills. Manages the care of a patient population and practices expert critical thinking skills when in the clinical setting. • Assumes 24-hour responsibility for a patient care unit and acts as liaison between patients, team members, physicians, other customers, and administration. • Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.
