Job Summary
-Oversight of Electrical Maintenance group.
-Providing technical and administrative direction to the teams supervisors.
-Providing an adequate level of trained and qualified personnel to implement the required maintenance activities.
-Ensuring team activities are performed in accordance with the applicable site procedures.
-Approving the training and qualification of team personnel.
-Approval of Maintenance procedures.
-Responsible for managing their respective areas/systems through the team Supervisors who direct the day-to-day activities of their personnel.
-Ensuring maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with applicable procedures, instructions, policies and regulations.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities
• Provide oversight, technical & administrative direction, and professional development for 30+ craft and supervisor personnel.
• Manage a multi-million dollar budget to include allocation of funding for all Electrical Maintenance contracts including resources and critical on-boarding.
• Oversee & assist in the administration of Electrical training & qualification program.
• Manage special projects as requested by the Maintenance Director.
• Development & approval of Electrical Maintenance guidelines & procedures.
• Respond & reconcile emergent work activities as deemed necessary by Operations Management.
• Owner and administrator of the site Electrical Safety program.
• Ensure maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with applicable procedures, instructions, policies and regulations.
• Professional Interface with outside entities such as NRC, INPO, & ORC.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
• Four years related Maintenance experience.
• Two years nuclear power plant experience. During the two years, the individual shall have participated in supervisory or management activities of an operating nuclear power plant.

Key Metrics
• Maintain Electrical Maintenance spending within budget.
• Ensure the proper number of qualified personnel to perform Electrical tasks are maintained.
• Perform quality maintenance with a goal of
• No plant shutdowns, load reductions, or trips due to maintenance of equipment for the fuel cycle.
