What You'll Be Serving Up:

To develop breakthrough products and support initiatives which are operationally ready for the entire KFC System. Support cross-functional project teams from an operational perspective in development of programs and processes that moves the KFC business forward, while being operationally simplistic enough to sustain at restaurant level. Their primary focus involves ensuring that products & procedures developed are restaurant ready and can be executed in restaurants.

Here's How You'll Spice Things Up:

Support key restaurant strategy projects:
  • All phases of the restaurant readiness process
  • Conduit to the Operations Subcommittee in all projects as it relates to procedure changes and testing
  • Field level communications and execution of national initiatives
  • Intentionality to lead via creative thinking and problem solving
  • Continuously communicate and collaborate with field leadership and Operations Subcommittee in the execution of national initiatives
  • Lead National High Touch Training Initiatives
  • Present Ops level project updates to Leadership Team
  • Lead National Field/Franchisee Webinars
  • Use disruptive thinking to challenge the status quo
  • Gatekeeper for Restaurant Operational Guardrails
  • Field validation/follow-up for key initiatives (approx. 25% travel required)

What You Bring to the Table:
  • BS/BA degree preferred but not required.
  • 3 to 5 years of above restaurant level Leadership or multi-unit retail leadership experience preferred
  • Detail understanding of restaurant P&L statements and reports that support financial success
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent problem solver
  • Strong Presentation & Training Delivery Skills
  • Trusted Relationship Building Skills (Cross Functionally & Franchisees)
  • Ability to handle projects that require multiple areas of expertise and may require leading-edge inspiration and innovation
  • Outstanding coaching and counseling skills with solid follow-up skills
  • Organization and ability to handle many tasks at one time

  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications
