Manager, National Account Coordinators at our rental facility in L
as Vegas, NV, and we9re looking for someone who9s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.
Salary range: $85,000-115,000/yr. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided)
Primary Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage the daily performance of the National Account Coordinator team.
- Develop, implement, and refine processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the coordinator team.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching and development.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Oversee the end-to-end coordination of rental orders, including logistics, billing, and off-rents for national customers.
- Collaborate with National Account Managers to ensure a cohesive and supportive approach to managing customer relationships.
- Train coordinators on company software, best practices, and national account procedures.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, such as response time, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction, to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on team productivity and national account support activities to leadership.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of customer information in the CRM system.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new national account customers.
- Foster a customer-centric, collaborative, and positive team environment.
- Manage team scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and support for all national accounts.
