About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead and optimize Spigot's mobile product portfolio across Android and iOS platforms. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and driving data-informed decisions to enhance user engagement and business outcomes.

The Product Manager will work closely with Producers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional mobile experiences that align with Spigot's vision and objectives. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Product Leadership
    • Partner with Producers to define and align the product strategy for Android and iOS platforms.
    • Establish and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
    • Make data-driven decisions to optimize product direction, balancing customer requirements with business constraints.


Collaboration & Communication
    • Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to deliver features that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
    • Clearly articulate product vision, updates, and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Facilitate alignment between teams to ensure a seamless product development process.


Product Development Excellence
    • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch optimization.
    • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions, identify areas for improvement, and prioritize features.
    • Collaborate with the Product Analytics team to uncover trends, user behavior, and performance bottlenecks.


Execution and Optimization
    • Ensure timely delivery of features by resolving blockers and making progress in collaboration with Engineering and Design teams.
    • Track key performance metrics to measure product success and inform future iterations.
    • Stay up to date on mobile trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform product development.


Who You Are

Educational Background
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).


Professional Experience
    • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a mobile-first environment, with a proven track record in Android and iOS product management.
    • Strong experience with large data sets and product KPIs, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful mobile products.
