The Manager, Mentor Programs is responsible for executing Mentor Program strategy, delivering high-quality mentoring support to Program Directors and Patient Navigators, and ensuring consistency and effectiveness across the organization. The Manager, Mentor Programs serves as a subject matter expert and drives day-to-day program success through direct engagement and coaching. The successful Manager, Mentor Programs will build relationships across the organization, enhance the quality of work and overall experience for new Program Directors and Patient Navigator Mentor programs.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities: - Execute Mentor Program activities, including mentoring cadence, cohorts, and onboarding support
- Provide direct mentoring and coaching to Program Directors and Patient Navigators
- Translate strategic direction into actionable plans and consistent execution
- Identify risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Develop tools, templates, and resources to support program delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners (Clinical, Revenue Cycle, Operations SMEs)
- Support field teams during leadership gaps or transitions
- Monitor program effectiveness and provide recommendations to leadership
- Reinforce adoption of best practices and continuous improvement
- Performs other duties as required
Required Education, Experience and Credentials:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum three (3) years of healthcare operations or clinical operations experience
- Minimum three (3) experience as a Program Director or similar role preferred
