How You'll Make an Impact
The Manager, Media Quality has experience managing a team of direct reports, conducting performance evaluations and goal setting. As Manager, Media Quality, you will serve as a senior contributor responsible for architecting and implementing advanced automation and analytics solutions. You will report directly to the SVP, Media Quality, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to build modular AI agents, data visualizations, tools, and process efficiencies. You'll be responsible for guiding multiple projects from conception to completion. This will include coordination among team members and cross-teams to ensure tasks are completed, projects on track, and proper communication and documentation have been disseminated. You'll lead internal investigations and guide team members through data analysis and insights. Acute attention to detail and understanding of digital media ecosystem and emerging technologies is required, including publishers, exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, and industry RTB standards. This role supports Epsilon's commitment to innovation and excellence in media quality, mitigating ad fraud, and ensuring client brand safety.
Responsibilities
What You'll Achieve
• Manage, mentor and motivate a team of direct reports
• Design and deploy automation systems for fraud detection, brand safety, and media curation
• Build reusable tools and frameworks for internal teams and client-facing platforms
• Integrate LLM agents with internal APIs, JIRA, and monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to deliver scalable solutions
• Contribute to prompt engineering and Copilot workflows across teams.
Qualifications
What you'll bring with you:
o Prior people manager with direct reports
o 5+ years in senior technical roles within digital media, ad tech, or data engineering
o Expertise in coding languages including Python, SQL, Javascript, HTML, etc.
o Expertise in prompt engineering (AWS, Copilot, Amazon Bedrock and AI/ML frameworks).
o Experience building automation systems and integrating with enterprise tools.
o Understanding of various environment functionalities (VAST/VPAID, MRAID, OMID, CTV, SSAI)
o Experience in publisher or technical integration engineering including transparency standards (OpenRTB guidelines, ads.txt, app-ads.txt, ads.cert., sellers.json, etc.)
o Experience in troubleshooting and investigating creative and ad-tag issues

Compensation Range: USD $89,300.00 - USD $165,800.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
