POSITION SUMMARY:Responsiblefor the development, implementation, and administration of the asset managementprogram and associated Enterprise Asset Management systems (EAM) to includepolicies, standards, methods, and procedures, with both manual and automatedprocesses.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - ABachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with six (6) years'experience in Maximo development, implementation, and management. Experience inthe asset management and planning domain is a requirement, including an understandingof financial planning, business processes, and engineering fundamentals, or anequivalent combination of education, training, and experience will beconsidered.
- Requires proven abilities for complex data analysis and for reporting the results in an understandable form
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required
- Ability to quickly identify issues, resources and alternatives, build consensus, recommend suggested courses of action and implement decisions
- Experience in developing, implementing, and managing asset management programs
- Must be able to comfortably and successfully communicate and interact with all levels of personnel from front line to executive-level personnel
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to conduct research, organize, analyze data, formulate recommendations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, public presentation and written skills and ability to effectively interact with Aviation Authority personnel and contractors
- Proficiency in IBM Maximo EAM, MS Access, MS Excel, ESRI GIS software required
- Demonstrate team leadership, ingenuity, and inventiveness in the performance of assigned tasks and represent the Aviation Authority in a professional manner
- Must be able and willing to work both standard and non-standard work schedules, including weekends to accommodate airport operations
- Valid Florida driver's license
