Full Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end campaign execution and creative delivery within a financial services environment. This individual will lead a team of marketing specialists responsible for translating strategy into industry-leading marketing solutions-while fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, creativity and high performance. The ideal candidate can blend big creative thinking with sharp execution, rally cross-functional teams and turn ideas into real, high-impact campaigns-even in complex, regulated spaces-

to support and expand consulting solutions.

Day in the Life
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing specialists, helping them grow their technical, strategic, analytical, and creative capabilities to translate strategy into effective marketing solutions across multiple channels, including direct mail, email, mobile and web.
  • Own the creative, execution and deployment of marketing strategies across business line with clearly defined standards to ensure optimal performance and quality
  • Partner closely with marketing, technology and data teams to optimize tools, workflows, and integrations.
  • Proven track record managing channel-specific programs that align offers, messaging, creative, and member experiences
  • Leads, mentors, and develops teams in personalization and journey orchestration at scale, building capabilities across strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple channels (e.g., email, mobile, web)
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, behavioral triggers, and dynamic content to deliver relevant, timely experiences
  • Partner across teams to ensure paid engagements are aligned with client recommendations and defined growth strategies.
  • Bring deep understanding of what makes creative perform across platforms and formats.
  • Establishes and reinforces standards, playbooks, and processes to enable repeatable, high-quality personalization execution across teams
    Build structured testing frameworks for creative, audiences, offers, and funnels - and translate insights into clear recommendations for future creative, messaging, and campaign improvements.
  • Previous experience in creative solutions role with high-level of experience partnering with designers, copywriters, and content teams to develop performance-driven creative at the velocity required.
  • Demonstrate superior communication, collaboration and project management skills to successfully enhance or launch new solutions across the Consulting organization.
  • Actively monitor industry and competitor offerings to continuously improve strategic marketing solutions and identify new opportunities to deploy within Velera ecosystem.
  • Define and influence business plans to incorporate new strategies, offers and messages for consumer marketing initiatives to drive performance and meet company goals.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and across organization to proactively define, create and implement solutions involving multi-market and hyper-personalized member communications.
  • Develop, implement and document departmental processes, controls and procedures for marketing solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and key contributor to team and cross-functional departments
  • Champion change leadership to enhance Velera's consulting services and foster a culture of entrepreneurial innovation where consultants are driven to find new solutions that benefit our clients


Qualifications
  • 10+ years in marketing experience working with in-house creative teams and end-to-end campaign execution and delivery.
  • Seven (7) years of experience in a combination of payments, product, or operations in the banking industry and three (3) years in a senior level or supervisor role
  • Five (5) years of experience in strategy, data, analytics, and marketing technology, preferably Adobe, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent combination of education and experience required


Pay Equity
$117,000.00 - $152,100.00
Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
