  • Manage the customer-facing website by maintaining accurate content, improving user experience, and ensuring reliable functionality to support customer acquisition, strengthen retention, and reinforce brand credibility.
  • Optimize website conversion performance to increase qualified leads, improve customer engagement, and strengthen return on digital marketing investments.
  • Track marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, identify performance trends, and guide data-driven decisions.
  • Develop customer insights and audience strategies to improve targeting, message relevance, and customer journey performance.
  • Manage paid and organic social media to build brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and support lead generation.
  • Support optimization of the marketing P&L to align spending with growth priorities, revenue impact, and measurable return on investment.
