Full Job Description
The Manager, Marketing Communications, leads the development and execution of content and communications strategies that strengthen Xplore's brand, support business growth, and enhance customer experience. This role will be an integral part of the agile squad teams, along with overseeing content marketing, dealer marketing support, website content initiatives, campaign communications, and social media, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across channels. Through strong cross-functional collaboration, the Manager delivers integrated marketing communications that drive engagement, support revenue objectives, and reinforce brand consistency across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

Agile Squad Support: Marketing Communications
• Supports our customer, revenue management and churn Agile Squads with marketing communications strategies and deliverables
• Develop customer emails, battlecards, objection-handling materials, campaign support assets, and related communications.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Care, and Digital teams to support strategic initiatives and customer programs.
• Measure and report on communications effectiveness and recommend optimizations.

Campaign Management:

Dealer Marketing Support

  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison between District Sales Managers, dealers, and the Marketing team, managing the intake process through execution
  • Support the development of dealer marketing assets and localized campaigns, leveraging Marq platform
  • Coordinate dealer marketing initiatives to support sales objectives and regional programs.
  • Gather dealer insights and market feedback to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all dealer-facing materials and communications.


Creative Campaign Development
  • Lead and coordinate a variety of marketing communication projects from briefing through execution
  • Develop marketing campaign copy and creative briefs for digital advertising, landing pages, social media, Performance Max campaigns, Reddit campaigns, and other marketing channels.
  • Project management of collateral material development including flyers, guides, brochures, door hangers, and sales support resources.
  • Coordinate legal review and approvals where required.


Website Content
  • Plan, create, edit, and publish high-quality blog content aligned with brand and business priorities.
  • Partner with the Web Manager to implement best practices and optimize content performance.
  • Manage website content updates and support content governance efforts.


Social Media Management
• Develop, implement, and manage Xplore's social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
• Create, schedule, publish, and optimize organic social content aligned to business objectives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
• Monitor online reviews and customer feedback across third-party review platforms.
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Operations, Legal, and other internal stakeholders on brand-related responses and special concern issues.
• Manage customer testimonial collection and content opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • 5-7+ years in brand communications/content strategy or product/brand marketing (telecom/technology an asset)
  • Proven experience in social media management, SEM copywriting, and content creation
  • Clear, concise writer and editor; obsessive about consistency and clarity
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with social media and web analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
