Job Description:

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of property-wide marketing and advertising strategies across traditional and digital channels. Responsibilities include brand management, media planning, agency oversight, campaign execution, digital marketing, social media, website strategy, and performance analysis, ensuring all marketing efforts support business objectives, revenue growth, and guest engagement.
• Lead the strategic planning, development, implementation, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels to drive brand awareness, visitation, revenue, and customer engagement.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing traditional media, including radio, print, magazines, out-of-home advertising, sponsorships, and other offline marketing initiatives.
• Oversee all digital marketing channels, including website content and optimization, on-property digital signage and screens, social media platforms, paid search, display advertising, email marketing, online travel agencies (OTAs), and other emerging digital platforms.
• Establish annual, quarterly, and campaign-specific marketing plans, including media strategies, promotional calendars, creative direction, and performance goals.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and assets, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize performance, improve return on investment, and identify emerging opportunities.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of compelling creative assets, content strategies, photography, video production, and brand storytelling initiatives across all marketing platforms.
• Ensure consistent brand standards, messaging, and customer experience across all marketing channels, touchpoints, and advertising campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, competitive activity, emerging technologies, and advertising innovations to identify opportunities that strengthen the property's competitive position.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments, advertising agencies, media partners, and external vendors regarding marketing and advertising initiatives.
• Support other key marketing efforts as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors' in hotel management, hospitality, marketing and business administration. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar position or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Requirements:
• Minimum five (5) years of marketing, advertising, brand management, or related experience, including the development and execution of traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including traditional advertising, digital media, website marketing, social media, paid search, display advertising, email marketing, and promotional campaigns.
• Experience managing agencies, media partners, vendors, and other external marketing resources.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising, analytics, and performance measurement.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating campaign performance.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, exercise sound judgment, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
