about this team

The Marketing and Digital Performance Analytics team defines attribution approaches, ecommerce performance analytics, and measurement of marketing impact. We partner across the company to turn performance insights into optimization and campaign execution decisions that support lululemon's overall goals. The environment is fast-paced and agile, with a focus on moving quickly while keeping guest experience at the center.

core responsibilities

Set standards and maintain enterprise marketing and digital foundation data definitions and performance reporting that helps teams understand trends, identify opportunities, and take action in support of the guest experience.
  • Manage a team of 2-5 analysts or sr. analysts
  • Define day-to-day work prioritization, process, technical requirements for development and enhancements
  • Build and maintain foundational datasets used by analysts for both ad-hoc analysis and BI reporting
  • Build and maintain automated enterprise reporting on marketing performance across all marketing channels, such as paid search and affiliates, and sales channels, such as stores and ecommerce.
  • Set reporting framework and visualization standards for emotive data visualizations to track sales and performance
  • Follow consistent standards for tracking marketing spend, execution and performance across attribution methods, marketing channel teams and finance groups
  • Collaborate with technology to set operational best practices
  • Lead root cause analysis related to insights identified by BI tools
qualifications
  • Masters (or equivalent experience) in a technical field such as statistics, engineering, or computer science.
  • 6+ years (or equivalent education + experience) in a technical role (BI engineer, data science, data analytics, engineering)
  • Experience leading and managing a team
  • Experience with digital marketing execution and attribution methodologies
  • Experience with BI tool (Power BI / Tableau) and visualization best practices
  • Advanced in SQL programming
  • Experience with developing data models for scalable reporting
  • Proficient in programming in a statistical language (Python or R)
  • Experience with modern software collaboration tools (Git)
  • Understanding of database technologies and technical architecture

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$141.8 159.5 - 177.2 186.1 CND annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
