Responsibilities As the Manager, Market Operations, you will lead Throne's NYC field technician team and own end-to-end field service operations, ensuring Thrones across the city are installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards. Team Leadership & Development: Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of field technicians. Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear goals, and provide ongoing coaching. Lead onboarding and training for new technicians, ensuring adherence to national standards and local market requirements. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Operations Management: Own end-to-end NYC field service operations including scheduling, workload prioritization, and technician deployment. Ensure all repair and maintenance tickets are created, assigned, and resolved in accordance with defined SLAs. Manage inventory of parts, tools, and supplies, and lead deployments of new Throne units as the market scales.
