Position Overview:
The Memory Management Accounting Manager position focuses on ensuring efficient memory allocation, utilization, and cost management to support the overall performance and financial health of the memory-related operations.
Role and Responsibilities
. Memory Allocation and Utilization:
- Monitor and analyze memory usage patterns across various systems and applications.
- Develop strategies to optimize memory allocation for improved performance and cost-efficiency.
2. Cost Management:
- Track and manage memory-related expenses, including procurement, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting for memory resources.
3. Performance Monitoring:
- Implement tools and processes to monitor memory performance metrics.
- Identify and resolve memory-related bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
4. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards related to memory management.
- Prepare detailed reports on memory usage, costs, and performance for stakeholders.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with IT, finance, and operations teams to align memory management strategies with business goals.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on memory-related issues.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in memory management, IT operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of memory allocation techniques, performance optimization, and cost management.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies for memory monitoring and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of financial accounting principles related to IT resources.
- Familiarity with cloud-based memory management solutions.
The salary range for this role, for candidates based in WA is expected to be between $121,500 and $150,500. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
