We are currently seeking a
Major Case Unit (MCU) Manager to oversee the daily operations of the commercial major case unit team handling complex commercial claims. The selected individual will ensure that claims are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with state laws and company policies.
This role can be located in one of FCCI's office locations or remotely within FCCI states.
Key Responsibilities include:- Lead team workload planning and performance, optimizing workflows and driving process improvements.
- Oversee claim operations, including reserve approvals, settlements, and compliance with authority guidelines.
- Direct litigation strategy and manage defense counsel to ensure effective, cost-conscious claim resolution.
- Analyze claim trends and performance data to inform decisions and support business objectives.
- Resolve complex claim, coverage, and service issues while ensuring strong stakeholder relationships and regulatory compliance.

The salary range for this position is $114,640-$176,546 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
