Maintenance Manager
As the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for establishing a world-class maintenance function to improve facility operations efficiency.
  • Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
  • Utilizes leadership skills to promote a safe and collaborative work environment for all team members
  • Oversees housekeeping activities for the shop, ensuring organization and promoting excellence
  • Implements spare parts organization and a robust spare parts tracking system
  • Partners with the maintenance team to ensure the appropriate mechanical and electrical skill sets are developed or acquired
  • Develops improvement processes to reduce cost and improve plant operating efficiency
  • Maintains cost control to support facility and organizational goals
  • Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering (required)
Experience:
  • 10+ years of manufacturing/industrial experience (required)
  • 5+ years of maintenance supervision experience (required)
