The Maintenance Manager ensures safe and high-quality maintenance execution by leading and developing high-performing teams to deliver world class service and support level for preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance along with supporting brewery wide initiatives. This role uses continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration to consistently achieve production and maintenance targets.
Accountabilities:- Ensure that there exists within the maintenance team an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations.
- Deliver performance results in Maintenance Plan Attainment, PM Completion, Shutdown PM Completion, and Technician Utilization
- Deliver Line Efficiency through driving equipment uptime reliability, maintenance execution, and through RCAs
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance shifts to maintain a 24/7 operation
- Drive continuous improvement using data analytics, benchmarking, and RCA
- Oversee departmental budget performance
- Implement corrective actions when needed
- Execute and sustain maintenance capability program (BIC)

Own: - Daily operation and performance and execution of maintenance

- Execution of SOPs, PM Plans, Predictive Plans and adherence to product quality standards
Influence: - Staffing plans and resource allocation working with Maintenance Manager and People Operations
- Capital project requirements and process improvement investments
- Continuous improvement roadmap for the broader brewery operations team
Veto: Halts production and can reject materials or products due to safety or quality
Critical Stakeholders and Relationships: - Maintenance & Engineering Team
- Quality, Brewing, Packaging and Warehouse
- Supply chain, Finance, and People Operations
- External vendors and 3rd party providers
Qualifications, Education, and Experience: Bachelors Degree Required- 4-6 Years in a manufacturing leadership role
- Showcase track record of project planning, driving change, process optimization, and innovation preferably in a brewery environment
- Experience in packaging, maintenance, engineering, or related fields
Skills Needed to be Successful:
- Technical knowledge of canning, bottling, brewery operations including high-speed packaging systems
- Communication and leadership with conflict resolution abilities
