Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse management or distribution leadership roles, ideally in the electrical or industrial supply industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of inventory systems and logistics processes, including WMS.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as lean or six sigma.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems like Eclipse or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse functions, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment in line with customer expectations.
• Manage scheduling and workflow to maximize efficiency and throughput.
• Develop and implement operational policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and coach a team of warehouse associates and salary staff.
• Ensure proper training, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards and maintain a clean, organized working environment.
