What you'll do
  • Translate organizational needs into scalable learning programs.
  • Identify current and future skill gaps.
  • Design, implement and oversee core learning programs (onboarding, leadership development, skill building, compliance) utilizing a variety of training methods, ensuring they are tailored to meet company goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of learning programs (planning, scheduling, facilitation, logistics, evaluation).
  • Ensure learning experiences are engaging, inclusive, and accessible (virtual, in-person, blended)
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate workshops and sessions as needed.
  • Engage as a presenter and/or host of various learning programs, sessions and workshops.
  • Lead, coach, manage and develop L&D team member(s) (e.g., coordinators, instructional designers, facilitators)
  • Set goals, provide feedback, and support professional growth of direct reports
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee development and performance
  • Communicate learning initiatives clearly and effectively across the organization.
  • Escalate and resolve issues that require judgment, prioritization, or influence.
  • Define success metrics and evaluate learning impact using data and feedback.
  • Develop reports and insights to demonstrate ROI and inform decision-making.
  • Continuously improve processes, programs, and learner experience.

What you bring
• Bachelor's degree in education, business, Human Resources, communications, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years' experience in learning and development, operations training, or talent development leadership. ATD or SHRM certification is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles, facilitation standards, learning evaluation methodologies, and creation of learning materials.
• Knowledge of current L&D trends, evolving tools, and techniques.
• Strategic and hands-on - comfortable managing programs, people, and stakeholders, while also diving into analysis, facilitation, and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in public speaking.
• Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
• Exceptional facilitation skills.
• Experience with learning management systems and virtual facilitation tools.
• Familiarity with content creation tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, etc.)
• Leadership and team management skills with a focus on coaching and developing others.
