The
Manager, Learning Innovation & Enablement leads the strategy, design, and execution of a modern, scalable training ecosystem that drives product adoption, customer success, and measurable business outcomes.
This role leads the evolution of customer education by combining learning strategy, technology, AI, and people leadership to create innovative and scalable training experiences for customers. The Manager, Learning Innovation & Enablement will partner closely with leadership to define and execute the customer learning strategy, lead a team of learning professionals, drive adoption of modern enablement approaches, and identify new ways to leverage technology and AI to meet customers where they are. This individual will play a key role in transforming traditional training programs into engaging, scalable learning solutions that improve customer education and enable long-term growth.

To be qualified for this position you: - Have 7+ years of experience in training, learning and development, enablement, or customer education programs.
- Bring experience designing and scaling training initiatives within technology-driven organizations.
- Have demonstrated success leading teams and driving cross-functional programs from strategy through execution.
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and KPIs to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Understand adult learning principles and how to design engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences.
- Have experience developing digital, virtual, and blended learning solutions that support a variety of customer needs.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Are highly organized and capable of balancing strategic initiatives with operational execution.
You will set yourself apart with: - Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies to create personalized learning experiences and improve training effectiveness.
- Knowledge of healthcare, healthcare technology, or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS), learning experience platforms (LXP), digital adoption platforms, or similar learning technologies.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and designing training experiences that align with key adoption and success milestones.
You will be: - Defining and executing a forward-looking training strategy aligned with product adoption, customer success, and business growth objectives.
- Designing and evolving a scalable learning ecosystem that leverages AI-enabled personalization, digital-first learning, and emerging technologies.
- Leading the development of modular, reusable, and role-based training content that remains aligned with evolving product capabilities.
- Driving adoption of AI-powered learning solutions, including personalized learning paths, content recommendations, and workflow automation.
- Standardizing and optimizing training delivery across virtual, on-demand, blended, and instructor-led formats.
- Monitoring program performance through key metrics such as adoption rates, onboarding speed, customer success outcomes, support reduction, and ROI.
- Partnering with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to embed training into customer journeys and product experiences.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing learning team while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
