Manager, Learning and Development (IT) Key ResponsibilitiesPeople Leadership & Talent Development- Build & Empower a High-Performing Team: Manage, coach, and mentor a dynamic team of learning professionals. Oversee all employment activities, from hiring and performance evaluations to career pathing and succession planning.
- Cultivate Continuous Learning: Invest intentionally in people's growth by creating an environment where teammates feel supported, valued, and empowered to continuously strengthen their technical training and facilitation skills.
- Lead with Intent: Guide team and project calls, ensuring alignment on project statuses, new assignments, and strategic direction while keeping the team engaged, inspired, and informed.
- Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration: Represent the Technology L&D team on external departmental committees, sharing insights, and driving alignment to ensure a cohesive learning strategy.
Operational Execution & Program Management- Drive Learning Transformation: Lead the deployment of learning programs for critical Technology initiatives. Ensure training aligns with current best practices in corporate learning, digital transformation, and technology enablement.
- Ensure Quality & Excellence: Maintain rigorous oversight over all training deliverables, platforms, and internal/external team-facing documentation to ensure the highest instructional and operational standards.
- Measure What Matters: Track, analyze, and report on department metrics. Compile up-to-date dashboards to measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous process improvement.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Instructional Design, Business, Education, or equivalent experience.
- Core L&D Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of experience in adult learning theory and training delivery in a corporate environment.
- Leadership & Project Management: Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated people leadership and complex project management experience, with a track record of coaching teams and driving outcomes.
- Change Management: Proven experience overseeing training for large-scale enterprise technology implementations and software rollouts.
- Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards, track learning effectiveness metrics (e.g., Kirkpatrick model), and demonstrate ROI to business leaders.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional consultative and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence decision-making, and collaborate across all levels of a matrixed organization.
- Travel Requirements: Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 25%.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
The Salary Range for the role is $78,000.00 - $119,000.00 per year.
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hour
Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.63/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour
