The Manager, Leadership & Learningis responsible fordesigning and delivering leadership and capability‑buildinginitiatives that strengthen supply chain performance, enable transformation, and support a high‑performing,future‑readyorganization. This role partners closely with global supply chain leaders, HR, and transformation teams to ensure leadership and learning solutions align with enterprise priorities and business outcomes.
Bachelor’s degreerequired(Business, Supply Chain, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field).
Master’s degree (MBA, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related field) preferred.
Minimum of6–8 yearsof progressive experience in leadership development, learning, organizational development, or a related field, ideally within supply chain, operations, or a complex global organization.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. 153,000.00 USD annual
