  • Serve as the primary liaison with state, regional, and local economic development partners - building strong, credible relationships and ensuring coordination that supports successful completion of large load projects.
  • Influence site readiness, infrastructure feasibility, cost, and timing decisions—bringing the right stakeholders into the conversation and translating constraints into clear, executable options for customers and internal partners.
  • Utilize data, analytics, and performance metrics to evaluate pipeline performance and progress toward departmental goals and key performance indicators—sharing insights in a way that supports learning, prioritization, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer development processes, internal coordination, and stakeholder engagement, simplifying how work gets done and strengthening the employee and customer experience while improving outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business, economics, finance, marketing, political science, communications, or a related field required.
  • Seven (7) or more years of relevant professional experience required, including large customer or business development, economic or community development, utility or infrastructure-related experience, or complex project leadership.

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related master’s degree.
  • Experience working directly with large load customers such as data centers or advanced manufacturing facilities.
  • Knowledge of electric utility transmission and distribution systems and interconnection processes.
