Responsibilities Phlebotomy Manager In conjunction with the Laboratory Director, the Laboratory Manager is responsible for the oversight, management, and operational planning of the Laboratory Department. This position has 24/7 accountability and responsibility for assigned area(s).

Qualifications Education/Training/Experience- Current California State CLS License required
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience required
- Minimum five years' experience in Laboratory within an acute care facility required
- Qualifies as a technical supervisor and/or general supervisor for CLIA and CDPH guidelines required
- Knowledge of CDPH, CAP, CLIA, and The Joint Commission regulatory requirements and other state and federal regulatory standards and laws required
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
