Full Job Description
As an Arbella PMO Manager you will ensure governance, transparency, and quality excellence across the project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery. This is a pivotal leadership role combining program oversight and process improvement to drive successful, high-impact delivery within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management Office (PMO) Responsibilities:
• Develop and enforce project management standards, frameworks, and reporting mechanisms.
• Lead portfolio governance, project prioritization, and cross-functional alignment.
• Monitor project performance metrics, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with leadership to align projects with business strategy and value delivery.
• Provide training, mentorship, and support to project and program managers.
• Drive resource management, capacity planning, and project pipeline visibility.

  • Demonstrates clear, effective, and diplomatic oral and written communication skills.
  • Stays abreast of changes in project management and quality assurance best practices and current industry trends, introducing these ideas to Arbella when appropriate.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong experience in project/portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SmartSheet).
    • Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for reporting KPIs.
    • Exposure to compliance, risk, and audit processes is an advantage.


  • Training, Education, Special Skills Required:
    • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 to 8 years' experience in project management, with 3+ years in leadership roles
    • Strong facilitation, presentation, influencing and relationship management skills.

      PMP, PMI-ACP or ScrumMaster certification preferred.


Our current reasonable and good faith estimate of the annual salary wage range for this position is approximately $140,000 - $160,000 based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, educational background and certifications, performance and qualifications, market demand for the role and other organizational needs.
